From what I understand one of the artists/game designers that work on the Spyro Reignited Trilogy games posted this on his Twitter ( https://twitter.com/FromHappyRock/s.....36618758057985 ) that where Adult Spyro came from is was just a concept art/sketch he made on what Adult Spyro would look like in the Reignited style of the the games.
as far as I know this is not officially cannon and he not in the Reignited games so there no 3D render of him but who know he might show up in a new Spyro game.
