I think he looks rather refined and dignified... the clothes make him very smart and he has the classic cheek bone structure of royalty.
....of course the lack of flesh does make the cheek bones more prominent I guess.... but still quite nice... *nods and offers him a cup of chamomile or Earl Grey*
