(Edit: I just changed some of the features on this picture to make it look more like a dragon, apparently it looked like a goat before)
That's a latin translation. It means "Dragon Space Marine". It was inspired by a picture done by Solidscale http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3095396

P.s the writing on his power fist isn't random crap, it's a form of dragon-script but I wrote it upside down. It reads "Death to Heretics and Xenos"
