Really wonder how the 1 second CD on Sigmas barrier is going to affect him.
Just happy they didn't touch Zarya, and Moiras change isn't all that bad

From my understanding Sigmas change should balance out the barrier meta going on right now, giving more opportunity to slip in gaps and deal damage. The neat thing with him though that gets over looked is they pretty much negated the delay he has with sending the barrier out so it feels sooo much more fluid and responsive. And personally i think Tracers buff will be the most significant :x her damage fall off increase enables her to deal so much damage at a safer distance making it much harder for even mcree to stun and deny her.
