I`m turning 22 today and I have this self-appreciating tradition of drawing myself a gift for every b-day and congratulate myself by celebrating my achievements of the year
This year I have reasons to be proud of myself: I survived another severe depressive phase, finally reached a psychiatrist and started my treatment from BAR, got back to work and communicating with people, and started taking care of my physical health as well
So anyways
