Decided to try colouring a sketch of one of my characters to see if I could directly colour a sketch without turning it into lineart beforehand. I think it turned out not so bad. I'll try colouring something else in a similar manner.

Actually... Given the fact that we can't see the back of the outfit, it could very well be strapped to the back of the top in a way some women wear similar fashionable dresses. They could merely be straps that she decides to let sag over the shoulders and onto her arms, given that the rest of her figure keeps the outfit from sliding.
