New Reff for Victoria,
After many years finally a newer version, more closer to what Vic was supposed to be.

Vic is a Nagon, a Dragon Naga hybrid, who lost his wings as a child by means of them getting ripped of his back (therefor the scar) (Yes its a scar, not a tattoo)
Some say his legs are a bit useless as he is seen moving around more like most Naga's do. But he does not mind as they are useful in many other ways and when he does walk on them, some say he sort of looks like he is standing as a raptor all bend downwards.
As you can see, just like a Naga, his body continues on from his midriff ending up into a tail that is about 3x ish longer then him normally standing his ground.
For rest he loves giving smaller creatures help getting on higher ground, or laying down and a group of others using him as one big hugging tail. Thereby is often happen that he finds out kids/smaller creatures are on his tail.
The blade at the end can be removed, and is more part decoration, as it is a bit sharp and naturally not smart to have around when adventuring in small locations.
Other small factors, he has gills and can thereby stay underwater for some hours up to the max of 2 days if needed. But thereby needing to rest.
He is currently a student at a Mage collage on a giant space age city planet somewhere. With his speciality being summoning and conjuring of small familiars and golems.
