This is Malcomb Anstey, who is really a supervillain:
Char ©
MojoRover
Name: Malcomb Anstey (a.k.a. Clown King)
Species: Canadian Caribou
Height: 6’
Weight: 150lbs
Age: 28
Occupation: Professional Supervillain
Weapons: Joke/Gag weapons such as flowers that spray sleeping gas, exploding Jack-In-The-Boxes, etc.
Powers: His criminal mind is his greatest power. He is also an accomplished chemist who’s mind control formula allows him to recruit dozens of henchfur gorillas (it is less effective on other species).
Weaknesses: HUGE ego, thinks the world is a stage and he’s the only superstar on it. He’s insane, which sometimes works in his favor but often works against him.
History: Once a famous circus performer in the Canadian National Circus, Malcomb took everything he learned from his fellow circus friends (as well as the entire payroll) and ran away in 2003, turning to a life of crime. His first heist was a raid on Fort Knox where he and his hypnotized henchfurs knocked out the guards with pies in the face (loaded with sleeping gas crème). He repeatedly escapes from prison thanks to his knowledge of magician’s tricks and near genius mind.
Personality: He lives in his own ‘little world’ mentally. His emotional state is, at best, unstable. He can be charming, polite and pleasant one minute, and then ruthless, mean and manipulative the next. Although he can sometimes be a ‘team player’ with other villains, he’s usually binding his time until he can take advantage of the situation.

Seriously, Clown King can travel. In one of my many Super Collie stories (that are still being edited and need approval from Mayfurr) Clown King goes all the way to New Zealand! The guy's nuts, he's not glued to Colmaton. Maybe he could pay Philadelphia a little visit.... ** BOING *** Story Idea coming....

Looks like, I don't have to guess twice, who has clearly been your greatest source of inspiration, when you created Clown King. Based on this and your story "Clown King TV" (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3877681/), Mr. Anstey and The Joker share a number of similar characteristics: both of them are eccentric, homicidal and highly intelligent criminal masterminds with a very twisted sense of humor and unstable, violent nature, employing an arsenal of (chemical) weapons based on party-gag items.
