Meet Sethir. He's not the world's nicest guy, really... he tends to go around killing people on a bounty-hunter basis, and you would not want him on your tail.
Usually he'd have a pair of back-wings too, but he finds them inconvenient (especially on a bike) so he tends to keep them hidden.
