Chapter 9: Sky Fortress!
Return of the Terror of the Skies!
[Sonic Adventure 2 Battle- Won’t Stop, Just Go!]
Still at the tower, Kayla tries the land the hover car on the platform but the winds are still to strong when suddenly, *CRASH*! The tower is starting to fall apart and Tyson and Cynder are still on top of it! Tyson loses his balance and hits his fist against a steel column, a crack streaks up the column and then, *BANG*, the column simply shattered into dust and Tyson barely felt a thing!
Tyson grinned at Cynder and said, “Feel like doing it my way for once?” Cynder simply scoffs and smirks when without warning Tyson leaps over the edge of the tower and Cynder follows! Kayla panics as she shifts the car into a dive after them while the dragons go into a dive as well!
Tyson and Cynder are falling so fast the wind is streaking off them, now a new enemy, flying Dragols, are swarming towards them as they fall! Tyson steps off the tower side to side while shooting left, right and forward and the ones he doesn’t get Cynder claws and slashes with her tail blade! When Cynder catches up to Tyson, they grab hands and swing each other around and around kicking and tail slashing enemies in every direction! Now Cynder grabs Tyson’s other hand and curls into a spinning ball and throws him downward toward the oncoming enemies, Tyson jumps off the wall over the first enemy and lands on the head of the second and kicks off, two more come at him but get a kick in the face as he kicks one which sends him into another and leaps high up back to Cynder when dozens of enemies swarm onto them and surrounding them completely!
“NO, TYSON, CYNDER!!” Kayla screams but suddenly gunshots and Phantom Fright orbs began to shoot out from the mass of flying Dragols as they flew off! Tyson and Cynder are okay, Cynder is using her wind element to make both her and Tyson spin like a tornado while Tyson is shooting and swinging his sword in every possible direction, taking out every single enemy. As they stop spinning Tyson then hurls his sword forward and it stabs four Dragols before Tyson shoots a single bullet and it hits the very tip of the hilt and as the bullet moves downward on the sword it falls even faster, so fast that the Dragol’s that were stuck on it were burned away when the blade was moving so fast it lit on fire and tore through the last Dragols! Now Tyson is running down the tower wall quickly catching up to his sword as the fire around his hand grew stronger as he got closer. Just as he caught his sword he jumped with all his might off the disintegrating tower and Dragon Triggers into his dragon form which was a major surprise to his mom and the others as they flew in and caught both of them and flew off just as the tower crashed to the ground.
After three days of trying to explain what happened at the tower to everyone, especially his mom with the whole new Dragon Trigger and all, they finally get some time to relax…almost.
It’s a quiet sunny day…a little too quiet actually, “…..aaaaaHHHHHH, MAANNNNN!!!” *CRASH*!!!! “OOWWWWW!!!” Three days after the fight with Nelo Malefor, Tyson has been trying to figure out how his Dragon Trigger works and how to turn it on, he’s been successful…occasionally. Whenever he does manage to transform he gets Cynder to try and teach him how to fly but when he actually manages to get high off the ground he transforms back to normal and then crashes into the ground. And every time he does, Cynder just can’t help but laugh.
“HAHAHAHAHA, I’m sorry but I feel like I’m trying to teach a lead weight, HAHAHAHA!” she said as she’s laughing so hard she’s starting to hover upside down.
“Oh c’mon, gimme a break, Cynder! I can’t really help it if I don’t know how to stay transformed y’know!” Tyson groans as he scrapes himself off the ground. Back inside Flame is laughing so hard he fell out of his chair at the table as Tyson picks the twigs and leafs out of his hair.
“Why is it that you always come back inside with twigs in your hair? I thought you were learning to fly ‘above’ the trees, not in them.” Ignitus said.
“I know, but every time I get up higher than the trees I change back and fall into the ground! I don’t know how to stay transformed for more than a few seconds even though I stayed transformed way longer four days ago when I destroyed Nelo Malefor. And the tome doesn’t say anything about the Dragon Trigger or anything like it so it’s no help with this.” Tyson groans as he smacks his head on the table in frustration.
Later everyone was in the living room but Tyson and Cynder. While Cynder was busy munching on a poptart Tyson snuck up on her and……“Tyson I know you’re behind me!”
“Yeeaaaaa…*raspberry*! Aw man, how’d you know…oh duh, you can sense me I forgot. But that doesn’t mean I still can’t do this!” Tyson surprised her by tickling her!
“AHHH, TYSON, STOP IT, HAHAHAHAHA! REALLY, HAHAHAHA, KNOCK IT OFF!!! YOU’RE MAKING ME LAUGH, HAHAHAHAHA!!!!” Cynder cried as she squirmed and wiggled backwards into Tyson who lost balance and fell forward and behind the counter and somehow Cynder ended up laying on top of him, tears in her eyes from laughing so hard. They just laid there, looking at each other right in the eyes, and just as they were about to try and kiss again the phone rings. Tyson just thinks it’s not that big a deal and maybe it’s one of his techie friends so he answers it but it’s far from who he thought it was.
“Hello, Drakes Residence…wha!? MR. PRESIDENT!?” Tyson shoots up off the floor.
“Are you the young man, Tyson Drakes?” he asks.
“Uhh…yes sir! Is there anything that you need help with, sir?” Tyson asks.
“Well, it’s about your father. We think we may have found him! But there’s a problem…” he said.
“Wha…you mean he’s been found!?” Tyson asks.
“We’re not certain but we have been getting anonymous messages telling about the current incidents that you and your team have solved. I have heard very high praise of you and your friends; I have even heard that many have named your team ‘Dragon War Cry’ but right now that’s beside the point. We have reason to believe that there is a large weapon of some kind approaching Avalar City, but every and all attempts to land and investigate the craft are ruined because of that monster version of your dragon friend, Cynder, has been defending it. Our weapons are no match for it but you fought against it and injured it.”
“You need us to get rid of Dark Cynder, right Mr. President?” Tyson asked.
“Yes, your father may very well be inside the craft. He may know who’s behind all this and your friends coming to this world to begin with. You and your female dragon friend have been granted access to accompany fellow allies aboard the famous air battleship, the ‘SS GALE’!”
“THE SS GALE! THE SAME ONE THAT MY DAD HELP DESIGN!” Tyson said.
“The very one, your uncle has been informed of the matter already and he will take you and young Cynder to the launch base, once you arrive meet General Sgt. Byrd at the airships bridge and he will take it from there.”
“Yessir, we’re on our way!” Tyson says as he hangs up.
“So, you two off on another mission, huh?” It was Kayla she had been listening the whole time.
“Yeah…the President thinks they may have found dad at some aircraft but Dark Cynder, our Cynder’s counterpart, has been attacking them and there may be a weapon on board it. And we have to head off to Uncle Tadashi’s Police HQ right now.” Tyson explained.
“Alright, just be careful out there and if Xander is there bring him home and let him know that he has 18 birthdays worth of presents he owes you.” Kayla jokes.
Three hours later, Tyson and Cynder are still on the road with Tadashi to the launch base when Cynder asks, “Tyson, what is a ‘birthday’?”
“Huh?! Oh that’s right; you never got the chance to learn when your birthday is! A birthday is the day you were born and every year on that same day your family throws you a birthday party. But you came from an egg so technically it’s a ‘hatchday’ in your case? Because of what Gaul and Malefor did; you never learned exactly when you were born or hatched…” Tyson said.
“Hmm, all I know is that I hatched near the same time as Spyro. I had no idea that people actually celebrated the day of their birth with each passing year…I don’t even really know exactly how old I am now!” Cynder said.
Even though the car was moving at high speed Tyson climbed into the backseat with Cynder, “Well after all you’ve told me; your birthday is near Spyro’s, you were the same age but his comes a little earlier, and it was a year that passed since you two beat Malefor…given that I’d have to say that…you’re about…18 years old in human years, I have no idea if you are 18 years old even in dragon years, but you look 18 nonetheless.” Cynder actually rushed him with a hug and was about to plant one on him when the car squealed to a stop!
“We’re here.” Tadashi said.
“It’s massive! And it’s called an airship?!” Cynder asked.
“Heh, you’ll see in a bit. Let’s find Sgt. Byrd first at the bridge and see what we’re up against.” Tyson said.
Meanwhile as Tyson and Cynder were making their way to the bridge, “The boy and the dragoness have arrived at the ship…so you think you can really take both the boy and the dragonesses past form…Argius?”
“In the ‘War of Light and Darkness’, not a single one of the Kings allies could defeat me. Only when the Kings power spread throughout the world was I caught and banished to the ‘UnderRealm’. Master Malefor foresaw this and created the Dark Gates that were discovered and cast out into the stars by the ancestors, it was only a slip of the hand of fate that the gates landed scattered across this world. The King may have been a challenge for me but this puny and slow human whelp will never be able to keep up with me!”
“Make sure to search the ‘Sky Fortress’ for the Master Core Orb once you have dispatched the boy and dark dragoness. Has the Kings friend disclosed the location of the Master Core Orb and his ‘heirloom’ yet?”
“No but maybe watching me tear that kid apart will change his mind!”
“The ship is launching, get to the intercept point now!”
“Already there!”
Back at the ship Cynder was freaking out seeing this huge ship lift off the ground so easily, “How is it…”
“Special anti-grav thrusters and jet boosters that my dad developed just for this craft.” Tyson explained just as they entered the bridge.
“So you must be Tyson Drakes and his friend Cynder? The President has heard of everything that you have done to help people everywhere. He’s especially interested in hearing about your solo world travels and what you may have found that might help us uncover the madman behind this.”
“You must be Sgt. Byrd? How long until we reach the craft?” Tyson asked.
“Bout three to four hours, that giant version of your friend is still skulking around the thing. We think it may be trying to get access to the weapon that’s supposedly onboard the craft and use it.” He explained.
“What kind of craft are we talking?” Tyson asked. A hologram picture appeared and showed the image of a castle like structure adorned with dragon statues.
“What?! That’s not an aircraft, it’s a…piece…of a…castle?” Tyson just stopped as he stared at the image.
“That’s what I said when I saw the thing. It’s floating by the same method we use to power Ride Gears and airships like the SS Gale, but judging by its looks; it’s been up in the air avoiding detection for thousands of years…straight!” Sgt. Byrd explained.
“WHAT! You mean it has been up here all this time but has never lost power? This must be the kind of power source that Eclipse Enterprises were trying to develop, a perpetual energy engine drive!” Tyson said.
“Huh?” Cynder asked.
“Energy engine drives are what we use to power our Ride Gears and airships, but after a while they need to be recharged. An airships engine drive is hundreds of times bigger than the drives used in Ride Gears so they can last for months, even longer if they have back-ups. But this…this castle has been up here on just a single engine drive that never loses power, it just keeps making its own energy to power itself. The real question is…how could it exist if the one that we tried to make was so unstable went near-nuclear?” Tyson said.
Two hours later, Tyson is sleep standing against the wall when strange blurry images and voices appear in his head, “You’re not seriously going to fight him are you? He’s grown too powerful to reason with!” “Regardless of how strong he has become, I still have a duty to perform. You know I’m the only one who can stop him…” “But…what about…him? How do you expect him to live with out knowing of his origin…of his parents?” “…I know that one day he will come to question about his birthplace…about his lineage. But until that day comes I hope he will grow old enough to understand why I did this…I wish I could tell him that I will always be watching over him…from the stars high above.” “But what of her?! What will happen to her if you do not survive?” “She already knows of the coming war and has taken him to remain in the care of the current Guardians if we do not survive. I know that the choosing of the next Chronicler is soon and you are the one to be chosen, please, watch over him for me, my friend.”
Tyson was jolted awake by Cynder who noticed the sad look in his eyes as he looked out the window to the stars that were just coming out. Cynder lifted his right arm and placed it over her shoulders, Tyson didn’t say anything but just slowly hugged her, her head rubbing against his as her wings folded over his back…they didn’t say a word and stayed like that as they watched the stars grow brighter and multiply.
They finally reached the Sky Fortress when Tyson drops a bombshell, “I’m going in alone!”
“What, Tyson, no you’re not!” Cynder yelled.
“Cynder there’s something about this thing that seems familiar and who knows what would happen if you came in contact with your other self, you could turn back into that. Besides I just feel like this is something I have to do, something I have to find out for myself. If the origin of this thing is of what I think it is then I might be the only one who can get through it if it’s trapped.” Tyson said.
“…Alright, there’s nothing I like more in an ally than someone with something to prove. If you get in there find this weapon and disarm it then see if you can get that power source.” Sgt. Byrd said. Out of nowhere an explosion rocks the ship, Dark Cynder streaks across the front of the ship and blasts fire at it to cause a line of explosions.
“Does this ship have a Sky Gear Launcher?” Tyson yells.
“Yeah, there’s one right there! Why?” Sgt. Byrd has no idea what Tyson has planed until he runs to it and latches in one of his own Sky Gear boards and launches out with his sword appearing on his back!

Dark Cynder came screaming right at him, Tyson jumped off his board as she flew right between him and his board. Tyson pulled a 180 and began shooting at her but something was different, she was a lot faster than she was back at the city! Just as she was about to smack Tyson out of the air he swung his sword and clashed with her.
“Huh, your sword has changed and you’ve gotten stronger since we last fought!” She swung her claws again and again and was parried by Tyson. The force of the impacts was incredible, the whole ship was rumbling with every blow! Tyson and Dark Cynder broke away and began to chase each other, shooting or blasting fire. Wheeling and zooming through cannon towers and pipes everywhere, the two of them were all over the place clashing and colliding! They were moving so fast that as they slashed and swiped at each other that the air was being slice through and impacts were appearing everywhere. Cynder never knew that she was capable of possibly even moving that fast in her giant form! But then Dark Cynder pulled a dirty trick and used her tail to slice Tyson’s board and let him fall over the bow of the ship!
“Oh, c’mon c’mon c’mon c’mon, THINK! I gotta Dragon Trigger but how, I don’t need a just whenever random! Wait…” Tyson closed his eyes and focused. Back at the ship Dark Cynder was about to blast the bridge when, *BANG*, an even more powerful Charge Shot blows her away. Dragon Trigger Tyson is hovering there flying on his own!
“Who are you!? Spyro?”
“Nope, I’m the guy you’ve been fighting this whole time, just sporting a new power!” Tyson blast forward so fast he cracks a sonic boom and smashes into Dark Cynder! He changes weapons to Voidrus and his appearance changes to a black dragon that looks like it wearing a hood. Voidrus switches to its scythe mode as Dark Cynder flies right at him; Tyson swings his weapon in a giant arc and slashes D. Cynder and sends her to the floor. Tyson lands and starts to flip over her and hook her in the crescent under the blade and swing her around and into the wall of a cannon tower! Tyson switched Arms to Axelagon and his appearance changes to a red dragon with a bright red and really spiky mane and two white horns poking out, his wings are at his side and looks like he’s wearing a long cloak, and has green eyes! He twirled his weapon and rolled forward along the ground with amazing speed, he slashed and sliced at D. Cynder and threw his weapon like flaming discs toward her gut and blew her away!
“HA, BURN, BABY!!” he yelled as D. Cynder roared out a wall of flames and swallowed him but then steam billowed out from Tyson’s position, he had switched from Axelagon to Zabuzaron and now looked like cerulean dragon with bandages wrapped around his snout, long arm bands that reached his elbows, a blue vest with tattered edges like he’s been a hundred battles and a belt that crosses in front of his chest! He ran forward and smacked D. Cynder left and right, hooked her on the blade, heaved her over his head and slammed her into the floor. She pulled some break-dance move where she spun on her back and swiped her tail around but a ‘Tidal Slash’ blew her away. Now Tyson switched to Oracion and changed into a white dragon with feather wings and a star shaped tail spade. Light began to gather around the blades and then separated and revolved around Tyson, and then they spun in a circle in front of him with the tips aimed at a central point and a sphere of super-concentrated light began to form and crackle. D. Cynder roared forward as the light grew stronger; suddenly figures of light warriors appeared and streaked everywhere, striking D. Cynder! They were moving so fast that the second she was hit she was hit again in a spilt second! The sphere was growing stronger when the light swords pointed forward and a massive beam blast of focused light erupted forward and bulls-eyed D. Cynder and blew her clear off the ship. The new Light Fury Attack was too strong for Dark Cynder to overcome as she kept falling until she disappeared below the clouds. She didn’t fly back up and attack while Tyson glided over to the floating castle.
When he landed he transformed back to normal and suddenly he called Cynder over the COM link and said, “Cynder…I can’t explain it…but I feel…like I’ve been here before!!!”

“Yeah…the President thinks they may have found dad at some aircraft but Dark Cynder, our Cynder’s counterpart, has been attacking them and there may be a weapon on board it. And we have to head off to Uncle Tadashi’s Police HQ right now.” Tyson explained.
“Alright, just be careful out there and if Xander is there bring him home and let him know that he has 18 birthdays worth of presents he owes you.” Kayla jokes.
Three hours later, Tyson and Cynder are still on the road with Tadashi to the launch base when Cynder asks, “Tyson, what is a ‘birthday’?”
“Huh?! Oh that’s right; you never got the chance to learn when your birthday is! A birthday is the day you were born and every year on that same day your family throws you a birthday party. But you came from an egg so technically it’s a ‘hatchday’ in your case? Because of what Gaul and Malefor did; you never learned exactly when you were born or hatched…” Tyson said.
“Hmm, all I know is that I hatched near the same time as Spyro. I had no idea that people actually celebrated the day of their birth with each passing year…I don’t even really know exactly how old I am now!” Cynder said.
Even though the car was moving at high speed Tyson climbed into the backseat with Cynder, “Well after all you’ve told me; your birthday is near Spyro’s, you were the same age but his comes a little earlier, and it was a year that passed since you two beat Malefor…given that I’d have to say that…you’re about…18 years old in human years, I have no idea if you are 18 years old even in dragon years, but you look 18 nonetheless.” Cynder actually rushed him with a hug and was about to plant one on him when the car squealed to a stop!
“We’re here.” Tadashi said.
“It’s massive! And it’s called an airship?!” Cynder asked.
“Heh, you’ll see in a bit. Let’s find Sgt. Byrd first at the bridge and see what we’re up against.” Tyson said.
Meanwhile as Tyson and Cynder were making their way to the bridge, “The boy and the dragoness have arrived at the ship…so you think you can really take both the boy and the dragonesses past form…Argius?”
“In the ‘War of Light and Darkness’, not a single one of the Kings allies could defeat me. Only when the Kings power spread throughout the world was I caught and banished to the ‘UnderRealm’. Master Malefor foresaw this and created the Dark Gates that were discovered and cast out into the stars by the ancestors, it was only a slip of the hand of fate that the gates landed scattered across this world. The King may have been a challenge for me but this puny and slow human whelp will never be able to keep up with me!”
“Make sure to search the ‘Sky Fortress’ for the Master Core Orb once you have dispatched the boy and dark dragoness. Has the Kings friend disclosed the location of the Master Core Orb and his ‘heirloom’ yet?”
“No but maybe watching me tear that kid apart will change his mind!”
“The ship is launching, get to the intercept point now!”
“Already there!”
Back at the ship Cynder was freaking out seeing this huge ship lift off the ground so easily, “How is it…”
“Special anti-grav thrusters and jet boosters that my dad developed just for this craft.” Tyson explained just as they entered the bridge.
“So you must be Tyson Drakes and his friend Cynder? The President has heard of everything that you have done to help people everywhere. He’s especially interested in hearing about your solo world travels and what you may have found that might help us uncover the madman behind this.”
“You must be Sgt. Byrd? How long until we reach the craft?” Tyson asked.
“Bout three to four hours, that giant version of your friend is still skulking around the thing. We think it may be trying to get access to the weapon that’s supposedly onboard the craft and use it.” He explained.
“What kind of craft are we talking?” Tyson asked. A hologram picture appeared and showed the image of a castle like structure adorned with dragon statues.
“What?! That’s not an aircraft, it’s a…piece…of a…castle?” Tyson just stopped as he stared at the image.
“That’s what I said when I saw the thing. It’s floating by the same method we use to power Ride Gears and airships like the SS Gale, but judging by its looks; it’s been up in the air avoiding detection for thousands of years…straight!” Sgt. Byrd explained.
“WHAT! You mean it has been up here all this time but has never lost power? This must be the kind of power source that Eclipse Enterprises were trying to develop, a perpetual energy engine drive!” Tyson said.
“Huh?” Cynder asked.
“Energy engine drives are what we use to power our Ride Gears and airships, but after a while they need to be recharged. An airships engine drive is hundreds of times bigger than the drives used in Ride Gears so they can last for months, even longer if they have back-ups. But this…this castle has been up here on just a single engine drive that never loses power, it just keeps making its own energy to power itself. The real question is…how could it exist if the one that we tried to make was so unstable went near-nuclear?” Tyson said.
Two hours later, Tyson is sleep standing against the wall when strange blurry images and voices appear in his head, “You’re not seriously going to fight him are you? He’s grown too powerful to reason with!” “Regardless of how strong he has become, I still have a duty to perform. You know I’m the only one who can stop him…” “But…what about…him? How do you expect him to live with out knowing of his origin…of his parents?” “…I know that one day he will come to question about his birthplace…about his lineage. But until that day comes I hope he will grow old enough to understand why I did this…I wish I could tell him that I will always be watching over him…from the stars high above.” “But what of her?! What will happen to her if you do not survive?” “She already knows of the coming war and has taken him to remain in the care of the current Guardians if we do not survive. I know that the choosing of the next Chronicler is soon and you are the one to be chosen, please, watch over him for me, my friend.”
Tyson was jolted awake by Cynder who noticed the sad look in his eyes as he looked out the window to the stars that were just coming out. Cynder lifted his right arm and placed it over her shoulders, Tyson didn’t say anything but just slowly hugged her, her head rubbing against his as her wings folded over his back…they didn’t say a word and stayed like that as they watched the stars grow brighter and multiply.
They finally reached the Sky Fortress when Tyson drops a bombshell, “I’m going in alone!”
“What, Tyson, no you’re not!” Cynder yelled.
“Cynder there’s something about this thing that seems familiar and who knows what would happen if you came in contact with your other self, you could turn back into that. Besides I just feel like this is something I have to do, something I have to find out for myself. If the origin of this thing is of what I think it is then I might be the only one who can get through it if it’s trapped.” Tyson said.
“…Alright, there’s nothing I like more in an ally than someone with something to prove. If you get in there find this weapon and disarm it then see if you can get that power source.” Sgt. Byrd said. Out of nowhere an explosion rocks the ship, Dark Cynder streaks across the front of the ship and blasts fire at it to cause a line of explosions.
“Does this ship have a Sky Gear Launcher?” Tyson yells.
“Yeah, there’s one right there! Why?” Sgt. Byrd has no idea what Tyson has planed until he runs to it and latches in one of his own Sky Gear boards and launches out with his sword appearing on his back!

Dark Cynder came screaming right at him, Tyson jumped off his board as she flew right between him and his board. Tyson pulled a 180 and began shooting at her but something was different, she was a lot faster than she was back at the city! Just as she was about to smack Tyson out of the air he swung his sword and clashed with her.
“Huh, your sword has changed and you’ve gotten stronger since we last fought!” She swung her claws again and again and was parried by Tyson. The force of the impacts was incredible, the whole ship was rumbling with every blow! Tyson and Dark Cynder broke away and began to chase each other, shooting or blasting fire. Wheeling and zooming through cannon towers and pipes everywhere, the two of them were all over the place clashing and colliding! They were moving so fast that as they slashed and swiped at each other that the air was being slice through and impacts were appearing everywhere. Cynder never knew that she was capable of possibly even moving that fast in her giant form! But then Dark Cynder pulled a dirty trick and used her tail to slice Tyson’s board and let him fall over the bow of the ship!
“Oh, c’mon c’mon c’mon c’mon, THINK! I gotta Dragon Trigger but how, I don’t need a just whenever random! Wait…” Tyson closed his eyes and focused. Back at the ship Dark Cynder was about to blast the bridge when, *BANG*, an even more powerful Charge Shot blows her away. Dragon Trigger Tyson is hovering there flying on his own!
“Who are you!? Spyro?”
“Nope, I’m the guy you’ve been fighting this whole time, just sporting a new power!” Tyson blast forward so fast he cracks a sonic boom and smashes into Dark Cynder! He changes weapons to Voidrus and his appearance changes to a black dragon that looks like it wearing a hood. Voidrus switches to its scythe mode as Dark Cynder flies right at him; Tyson swings his weapon in a giant arc and slashes D. Cynder and sends her to the floor. Tyson lands and starts to flip over her and hook her in the crescent under the blade and swing her around and into the wall of a cannon tower! Tyson switched Arms to Axelagon and his appearance changes to a red dragon with a bright red and really spiky mane and two white horns poking out, his wings are at his side and looks like he’s wearing a long cloak, and has green eyes! He twirled his weapon and rolled forward along the ground with amazing speed, he slashed and sliced at D. Cynder and threw his weapon like flaming discs toward her gut and blew her away!
“HA, BURN, BABY!!” he yelled as D. Cynder roared out a wall of flames and swallowed him but then steam billowed out from Tyson’s position, he had switched from Axelagon to Zabuzaron and now looked like cerulean dragon with bandages wrapped around his snout, long arm bands that reached his elbows, a blue vest with tattered edges like he’s been a hundred battles and a belt that crosses in front of his chest! He ran forward and smacked D. Cynder left and right, hooked her on the blade, heaved her over his head and slammed her into the floor. She pulled some break-dance move where she spun on her back and swiped her tail around but a ‘Tidal Slash’ blew her away. Now Tyson switched to Oracion and changed into a white dragon with feather wings and a star shaped tail spade. Light began to gather around the blades and then separated and revolved around Tyson, and then they spun in a circle in front of him with the tips aimed at a central point and a sphere of super-concentrated light began to form and crackle. D. Cynder roared forward as the light grew stronger; suddenly figures of light warriors appeared and streaked everywhere, striking D. Cynder! They were moving so fast that the second she was hit she was hit again in a spilt second! The sphere was growing stronger when the light swords pointed forward and a massive beam blast of focused light erupted forward and bulls-eyed D. Cynder and blew her clear off the ship. The new Light Fury Attack was too strong for Dark Cynder to overcome as she kept falling until she disappeared below the clouds. She didn’t fly back up and attack while Tyson glided over to the floating castle.
When he landed he transformed back to normal and suddenly he called Cynder over the COM link and said, “Cynder…I can’t explain it…but I feel…like I’ve been here before!!!”
