Exposure optimization to get the full range out. In this case, I am using Bibble Pro, which most people won't use - I would suggest trying it as I much prefer the output vs lightroom and many other popular apps that I've trialled.

In photoshop speak, what I did was to a bit of exposure gain, just a tad so that the highlights do not clip.
Next, applied a mild gamma boost to the midtones.
Applied a touch of contrast

The last step I have no idea how to replicate in photoshop - I'm sort of shifting the of the mid shadows upwards.
