This one was made cheaply as it was my first. It was one of those plastic masks craft stores sell that was cut in half. I added elastic to connect the plastic mask's chin to the forehead-eyes part which was the moving jaw of the mask. On the plastic mask I glued down cardboard in the shape of a skull and teeth. Then I mixed toilet paper and Stiffy fabric stiffener into a paste and sculpted that paste goo on top of the cardboard. I know, weird materials but they worked. Then gave it a good sanding and some paint along with chiffon in the eyes.
