Legion, the master of alchemy!
Firstly, please don't argue that this is different from the anime/manga Full Metal Alchemist. That anime was fun but it was just grabbing stuff from old legends and changing it to suit its own purposes.
Legion is a weird villain that can send waves of minions or monsters at the heroes that she has made herself. In her normal mode outside of this team, she functions like a travelling devil that offers great rewards at a great cost but her gifts always seem to lead to the detriment of her customers.

When I first saw the name Full Metal Alchemist was the last thing in my mind (as I don't watch much anime) no I was thinking of the passage in the Bible that mentions "I am Legion hear me and despair" which oddly does seem to suit this character and I also happen to like the fact she is a bat you don't see many of those.
