General Info:
- Romei is a male chameleon.
- Has internal sex organs (like all my reptilian characters).
- No hair anywhere on his body.
- His garb suggests a patient or doctor, no one is sure.
- Has three fingers and two thumbs on each hand and foot.


Specifics:
- Eyes look like swirls when viewed straight on, the center being his neon green eye.
- Sometimes has hospital bracelets around his wrists.
- Hands and feet are wrapped.
- Blood is often splattered on his garb.
- Inner flesh and organs are a purpley blue color. Almost like Rigor.
- Lots of buckles hang from his ripped sleeves.
- Is often seen with saws, scalpels and other blades of various types.
- Has no teeth, more like ridges.

Other Important Info:
- Is the only person to get fairly close to Rigor after Wray's death.
- Is an at-home pathologist and body snatcher.
- Thinks the dead can talk to him.
- Has a morbid obsession of opening Rigor up.
- Is in love with Rigor.

Abilities:
Romei is intelligent and stealthy. While he claims to have medical degrees, there is no proof that they are valid. He is very good with blades and taking someone apart to study them. With a ripple of his scales he can disappear, only his small green eyes can give him away. He is also very quick and agile, strong when he needs to be.

A little about him:
Romei is quiet and a loner. Other than Rigor he has no connections to the outside world and only ventures outside to snatch bodies from fresh accidents or anything similar. He cannot function properly socially and has a very hard time expressing his emotions. He comes off to someone as having a few screws loose.
