I am not sure if the text fits all the magic format but I tired my best here.
feel free to use these cards in casual play just give credit to the artist and that no profit is gained.

All right, considering the cost and power/toughness of this creature, its ability is much too powerful. Especially the text in parentheses, since the game rules don't quite work that way. The ability should be worded as such;
"Any combat damage dealt by Splice - Escapee cannot be prevented or redirected."
The text in parentheses, in fact, makes no in-game sense, since if there hasn't been an attack phase yet, Splice - Escapee couldn't have attacked, meaning that situation just plain cannot happen. And even so, once a spell and/or ability is resolved, it cannot be undone by any means.

Nice re-wording. But I'm not sure if that captures the main idea of the creature. It seems like Splice beast prevents ANY change in damage, by any creature for that round.
I like your edition better though. Even if "Fog" goes through this guy would still be doing damage. Which would put him in the appropriate mana field.

That's a much too powerful ability, though, especially for that kind of mana cost. Now, you could technically give Splice - Escapee a Sacrifice ability that prevents all damage from being prevented and/or redirected for the round, but the card itself would still need a boost in cost to account for such an ability.
Much better than the original, though I can't help but think that maybe that ability should have require you to tap the creature instead, especially if the effect will be on all of your attacking creatures. That'd be the only other modification I could think of that would make it work. I'll also give you the Magic-ese version of the wording, both in my other idea and your current idea;
"When Splice - Escapee attacks, all combat damage dealt by creatures you control cannot be redirected or prevented by spells or abilities."
"Tap: All combat damage dealt by creatures you control this round cannot be redirected or prevented by spells or abilities."
