Jolly Roger goes to the nearest train station and hitches a ride on Chuffy to, wherever. He leaves the INN he owned, the town he was Mayor of, his old life, and identity behind. Making a new alias for himself, Jolly Dodger.

And no, that's not shadowing on Jolly's skin. I thought of Jolly as one of those frogs that can change their skin color, which I thought would be fitting and interesting with changing his identity and all. So yeah. He's changing his skin color/pigment.
