This looks amazingly like the Undead Draco lich from the Drangonlance novels produced back in the 80s from TSR. My gaming group had to fight that fekker at least once and if my memory serves me right (from like 15+ years ago) he was a rough 18HD critter with AE fear and breath weapons. Ahh, its nice to walk down memory lane every now and then.

The largest thing I had in my repertoire at AC last year was the Jabberwocky. I had him priced at 35 dollars, but have since improved beyond his level of craftsmanship. I sold him at Morphicon this year for 30. And thanks so much! I can't wait to hand off this skarmory into your care.
