Goddamnit, I knew that eventually I was gonna end up drawing a Lucario character someday. xD
Mr. Hadou is a tribute to the Character "Mr. Karate" from the SNK fighting game series, notably the Art of Fighting series or King Of Fighter series.
He's the mysterious fighter that fights under the name "Mr. Hadou." He seeks out strong opponents and challenge their worth. This Masked Lucario have trained under a Master who refer to himself as "Mr. Blaze" Mr. Hadou donned his name in the namesake of his master. (Though the Master told him that he didn't really have to but he insisted anyway.) He had trained in the mountain range near Mt. Silver and has come down to the cities to test out people with notable combat skill to further his training (As People have say, that is.) Challenging dojos and known martial artists that he comes across, he certainly had made a name for himself among Kanto for challenging Disciples and defeating them. Many martial artist disciples want to take revenge on this guy and are eager to finding out who he is. PCA Students who are strong need to watch out for this mysterious challenge-seeker when roaming in the Viridian City streets at night time.
Mr Hadou actually dons a couple of different masks. He has a Shiftry Mask for example. His current outfit is based on the body of Blaziken, Notably the Glove bracers, the Mask, and the pants.

...I totally wannaq call him Ryu now and se him perform a Shin Shoryuken like combat move.
That would also help my PCA mainchar, since I wanted him to use that and he doesn't makes himself look like an idiot then, because he can say he saw a Shin Shoryuken from this guy, and not a game character. XD
