I'm wondering if that's a costume made by Noble. It has his characteristic tiny muzzle and cross-eyed look. I suggested a solution to the crossed-eyes to him some years ago. It's an easy fix of just making the eyes on the same plane with each other. It would make his costumes so much better looking.
