Considering you did it by hand, and its watercolor. Id put it that high. Plus your work is good. I was taught to never sell yourself short. The thing is, are you doing it by hand and scanning it, then emailing the person the scan. Or are you mailing the person the picture as a whole. Then the price could differ.
The thing about pricing is that everyone prices things so radically differently. No one can (or wants?) to comfortably agree on what is a fair price. You have to figure out what you believe your time is worth.
Or you could try suggesting that you'll take any price, then scale the size of the picture based on what the commissioner would like to pay. That might work for you too. XD

I would think depending on how it is, some traditional would be more.
Like
Djdarkfox's stuff would be worth a hella lot more than some digital stuff.. XDD he's flippin amazing with traditional!
