I decided to show my first serious Liz and Laan comic arch. Serious, but still with some humor in it. x3 To anyone who's appalled by the MS-Paint style, don't worry, I took so long to finish this arch that as it progresses, so does my coloring style. xP You'll see the transition in later pages. Plus I have to post this arch, or the premise of the next better-drawn arch doesn't make sense at first.

That's their dad, Darcteis, carrying a box in the first panel. He's a veteran from the Great War, hence the scars and lack of a wing. Also he's actually Liz's biological dad; Laan was adopted.
