Whew, I never thought it would be this hard coming up with the next story in line. I knew I wanted something that would really test my mouse, showing him the darker side of Cray City, but everything I tried felt a little over the top. While it's still not quite right in a couple of places, overall, I'm very happy with it, the ending most of all.
If anyone knows the origin of the phrase "Everyone gets their own two square feet of personal space", or something like that, please let me know. I did some extensive research and found nothing. Oh, and a cookie to the first person to figure out what Miguel was trying to exclaim.

*Laughter* I guess I did a good job with Grant then. One of my proofreaders commented that Chris should have bitten his hand off, during the initial confrontation, between the two, and now you want him dead. I needed someone really awful, because it was the only way to reignite my fursona's strong sense of honor. Actually, I could use your help, choreographing the resulting fight, because you're really good at those.
