I had been watching notveryathletic color some other cougr piece last week on livestream or something, and was pretty happy with how it turned out. I think it was this one. Anyhow, I had mentioned that it would be cool to get this inking colored someday. Then I recently commissioned a sketch from neodokuro, and instantly thought of commissioning notveryathletic to do the coloring. Well, that sketch is still in the works, but meanwhile notveryathletic surprised me today with this puppy, all colored and shadowed and stuff! :-O Guess who's getting a tip later? >:^)

It may not be obvious, but this couch is the renown giant couch in the GC on FurryMUCK. This pose is Rooth'ragon's favorite casual position when he hangs out there. Which is all too seldom, these days.

BTW, this reminds me of this awesome photo book called The Red Couch (available on Amazon?), which is highly sought-after and collected. Though apparently some outfit in Dallas has a hardcover, used, for $8. I'm gonna snag a copy, 'cause my paperback copy is falling apart.
