This is a commission piece for

He asked for a picture of his character giving my character a hug. But since he's a bat, he asked for him to be upside down and I was up for the challenge.
So here's what I came up with, I'm still working on backgrounds, they're not my best. He asked for a cave and I gave it my best shot. Done in color pencils

I'm really glad you like the coloring, i just wish my scanner did take some of it out though >o< and I'm glad you do. Sorry, I don't know what kind of furniture you would have in there XD

Not to be mean, just a suggestion for future works... his face looks a bit... blocky. I try to turn the stuff I'm drawing upside down if part of it is upside down... helps me get the shapes right 'n stuff. doesn't always work, as I suck at anatomy, but hey. can't hurt.
ahh... collarbone. okay. that makes a bit more sense then. ^.^; I wasn't really looking into it very hard. I just assumed it was his chin.
And you should be proud that he has it as his desktop. He was really stoked about it. I'm a bit jealous, really, but hey. can't deny skill.
