Poor that Comanche, that project were canceled in 2008.

yeah project cancelled to be replaced by the f-35.... too bad... the f35 really isnt that good... low payload and not too maneuverable at high speed...

the Comanche was a high speed attack helo invisible to radar.... the f-35 isnt "stealth" just stealthy

the whole thing was unique but they thought replacing the near useless harrier was more important than preserving lives of helicopter pilots (not they were defenseless) who cant eject except the russian attack helos.....

sure it was 5X more expensive but come on! we were put in debt anyway right?

Yeah, I agreed with you. I don't want to live in big debt just for buying the American weapon.

But I more prefer 'to be crazy Ivan' than being stealth.
