I got this shot on the way home from shopping for pet supplies. Not really much to say beyond that.

Having now gone through both an art and Floral design class (Amazing what they have in common), I know now how the eye flows and where it flows naturally, so my brain is becoming hard coded for stuff like this. Normally the eye actually flows from the top to the bottom (Hence why comics are in such), but your picture allows for a bottom up view as well, because of the slight mirror effect the lake gives. T'would be a bit nicer were the mountains a little more defined, but only marginally more.
I imagine it would be a bit nicer, but I didn't have that kind of skill with my camera at the time. Darkening the mountains would have also meant darkening the light, and the light only barely showed up in the picture in the first place.
If I'd known then what I know now, I might've gotten a better shot, but that's life.

Ya ever have those moments when you're in absolute awe over a piece of artwork, and within each 1/10th of a second that goes by you keep finding dozens of new reasons why you love it so much, and you really wanna leave a great big juicy comment to the artist, for expressing all of the great things about their work of art and the things that make it so great, but when you start typing you find that, no matter how hard ya try, your brain is completely unable to convert those great things it's seeing into any words?
Cuz I'm havin a moment like that right now looking at this photo. So unfortunately, I guess I'm reduced to giving you one of those couple-o-word, generic, message compliments...
Wow. Looks great. I really like it.
Sorry that I'm at a loss for words right now. I hope that the couple-o-word generic comment was sufficient enough to make you feel a bit happier than you were prior to reading it.

I had mother stop the car as soon as it was off the bridge, walked back onto the bridge, and snapped six different pics of this scene just hoping that I'd be able to capture it properly, because the sight of that sunset made me feel that way. So yeah, I know what that feeling is.
Thank you very much.
