Jolly Dodger if he were in, Nutty Acres, as The Financial Handling Scarecrow. (I wanted an excuse to design an outfit, alright. >_> ) He handles all of the farm's financial and business assets. He also seems to like hanging around the mechanic of the farm a bit TOO much.
I dressed Jolly up of that of a scarecrow because I thought it would fit how his clothing is tattered and has patches on them.
