This is a hyrbid of an idea using my old cowboy ties on leather strings and a very retro new type of Goth ideal of keeping it two tone in a very similar monochrome. If you want to wear tights just to get some of the feelings of this and a very heavy belt, feel free. *Giggles and laughs*
