AT&T which as far as I know only has the bizarre "Backflip" for android phones. It felt very awkward in my hands when I tried one in the store.
I like whatever that latest one is in the ad, where the guy's hands turn mechanical. Physically it looks a lot like the model I have currently (HTC Fuze), what I call a candybar slider.
Headset wise I have a Motorola HT8020, rather bulky bluetooth stereo headset from some four of five years ago. None of the newer models have really been attractive to me, though.
