Lugia's always been one of my favourite Pokemon, but I never really considered drawing it until just recently. And I'm REALLY happy that I did. :D This turned out way better than expected.
I used a Photoshop effect to darken the colors and increase the contrast... That's why it might look slightly different from my other drawings. :/ I also like >[MY ORIGINAL DRAWING]<, but... in my opinion, the waves in particular look -much- more realistic in this version.
This is one of those things that make me wish Pokemon were real. :3 Instead of whale-watching, you could go legendary-bird-watching, in hopes that someday you'll see this great giant of the deep burst forth from the waves, its magnificent form silhouetted by the setting sun. <3
