Powers: Fire powers, flight, mid-range super strength, super agility and flexibility.

Weaknesses/Personality: Massive ego, believes she’s the most beautiful female on earth. She has little regard for the lives of others, innocent bystanders or even her own henchfurs.

History: Penelope grew up as a typical, Midwestern girl in a stable, upper class home. The redhead doe have a reputation for a bad temper, and one day in high school during science class, her teacher gave her a failing grade on her lab project. Furious, Penelope went into a blind rage, smashing her chemistry project on the floor creating a lot of smoke and starting a fire. As her teacher and classmates scattered, the livid doe began trashing the entire lab. In her fury, she broke nearly all of her classmate’s chemistry projects, producing a nearly toxic fog that eventually caused Penelope to pass out. Paramedics kept her alive and rushed her to the hospital. Unknown to any of them, the exposure to the unique mixture of chemicals had altered the doe’s body. She was now a walking torch, and discovered this ability while serving time in Juvenile Hall for damaging high school property. After her escape, while hiding out in Atlanta, Penelope used her powers to break into the ancient history museum. Stealing the fabled Trident of Hades, the mystical object created a magical ‘bond’ with the thieving doe. Penelope found that she could unleash its powers by the will of her mind. She even defeated Fire Dog (Abby Maddog-Davenport) who tried to stop her from stealing the trident. It was after that crime that she created her costume and became Devil Doe. With help from her father Electro Mutt, Fire Dog managed to capture her months later. One year later, Penelope escaped from prison, reclaimed the Trident of Hades and flew to California where she has been based ever since.
