Woo, an Arc!
Looks good! The arms are largely nice and full looking, which was something I remember you used to have trouble getting. Most of him really has a nice shape to it. There may be a bit too much to the folds on the wing membranes, and I think the legs may change from upper leg to lower leg a bit early, not really leaving enough to to get that powerful look that a dragon generally should have around the upper leg. Otherwise, it's very good, and it's nice to see you back from your hiatus. ^^
