This guy popped up in conversational RP. You probably seen a few hungry balloons floating around my gallery nomming up people. Where on earth did they come from?

Fully latex inside and out, this guy has a balloon for a tail. If he wants to ensnare someone in it, all he has to do is pull the balloon off and let it float to his victim. He then either leaves them inside the balloon and float away, or worse, reattach it... for the balloon is his stomach!
Despite being latex and flexible, lacking proper muscles, he cant swallow anything large down his neck, so he relies on the balloon. The victim, once attached to him, is absorbed and converted into more latex for himself to make more balloons.
The balloon-tail also shows his hunger. If it's sagging on the floor as if filled with mere air, then that means he's hungry, so steer clear. If it's floating as if filled with helium, then he's full... but still KEEP CLEAR! If anything he's more devious like this. He WILL still eat when the balloon is floating, but with added bonus... When he absorbs you, he can turn into you, and become a latex version of yourself (all except the tail obviously)! His last victim was a mouse I think. By turning into you, it's very possible for him to sneak into your group of freinds... and nom them up too!
