Well, he is an anthro wolf vampire, not a werewolf. X3 He is a vampire lord living in his castle. He inherited the title after good old Drac was killed by Van Helsing. One day, a girl shows up, with a rare blood condition which the bown marrow creates blood at an alarming rate, so who would be better to control this disease than a vampire? Well, there is more too it, but yeah.

XD and by Lord of Vampires, does that mean he is the next Dracula, or just at a high command of them. Its funny, but Ramsely has never seeked out any other Vampires in his life time, he seems to think he's the only one, and in their world, perhaps he is! XP but most likely there were others and maybe he just never knew, and perhaps they have died out or something! XD

Yes, the next Dracula. There is a council of vampire lords that meet every decade or so. (Century would be too long) and Drac had the highest seat. (Named by seats, not positions, there are also different classes of vampires too. You can be a vampire lord but not hold a seat. It all depends on how you were bitten, and your intelligence level.)

so first off, how Was he bitten, and what year and stuff. secondly, how did he Meet Zok? and thirdly, if Ramsely some how entered their world, how would He personally view Ramsely, as well as the entire Vampire bloodline thingy! XD would they hate him? would they feel like he isn't pure or something, or would they fear him for his unmatched powers compared to them all. Also personally Ramsely would find it interesting to know there are other Vampires around, but i dont think he would think too highly of them, it depends when he would have met them. if he had met them when he was evil, he might like them, but then want to show them he is the most powerful over all of them, if he had met them currently, when he is good. he probably wouldn't like any of them much, and would even be tempted to kill them if he felt the need for it. but in either case, it would seem most likely, that Ramsely would end up not wanting to be part of them, good or not, and would be tempted to show his true dominance over ordinary Vampires. i have a feeling they would also hate him, because he is also very much a Werewolf! XD

He was bitten by a Countess back in 1253, he met Zok in 1783. The story takes place around....1854 (give or take a decade or so). Ramsely would probably be another vampire lord, but he would not look "down" on him, since he himself does not like using his power. He'd probably recognize Ramsely's ability, and stay around him to prevent Ramsely from using his power if it got out of control. Believe me, Bodvar has power that he never dared to use since he does not know if he can control it. (Holydrake sent me the ref to Bodvar's demon form, gotta find it). Werewolves and vampires in this era just keep out of each other's business. If Ramsely was evil at this point, Bodvar would still be oblidged to invite him to the Bodvar ball, since all vampire lords with or without seats have to be invited. It's mandatory.

sounds pretty interesting! XD funny you should mention that your Duke has a demon form, coincedently, Ramsely too has a Demon Wolf form when using his complete dark powers, he becomes a huge towering beast. though his size alone is not his true strength, his strength is in his powers. it might sound cheezy but at this point i've accepted that, and if others dont like it, its too bad he stays as he is, but what i mean is Ramsely's powers. they are virtually only limited to his own imagination. anything he thinks he can create, hence "god like" when i refer to him. his other problem, is that he is immortal. he can die, not of age and certainly not of any wounds. He is doomed to walk the earth until it is no more. However, this immortality is not to be mistaken with Invincibility, Ramsely is still very much able to be physically hurst and wounded, he just heals almost instantly, making it very difficult to successfully physically hurt him. And to finish off his powers, Ramsely also posses Holy powers, which i'm sure all the Vampires would probably sence and Hate, being that the holy powers are by far greater than even his complete dark powers. he even has a complete holy form, where he gains a halo and huge white wings. with his newer holy powers, they are even so strong that his moods often affect the weather located around him. small examples, sad = rain, depressed = cloudy grey skies, mad = black skies and potentially thunder and lightning, and happy = bright sunny skies and plants even tend to grow faster around him.

so i dont know just how powerful this Duke of yours is, but please dont get me into a "well he can do this and kill the count" fight, cause it always ends with the fact that Ramsely cant die, he doesn't have a soul! XD and again this all depends on when the Duke met the Count. if it was when he was still evil, Ramsely never achieved his complete evil form yet, and certainly had no holy powers Or a soul. if it was after ramsely become good, then he now has all those things including his soul. =3

so tell me now, just what are this unknown powers of Duke Bodvar? and what is Zok, is he also a vampire? XD

Zok is...a lacky. Duke found him almost frozen to death one night since he walked out by accident from his home. He was somewhat shunned because of his hump, but he saved him through a bit of traditional vampire blood letting and medicine. Zok ows his life to the Duke, and became his lacky. (Duke Bodvar usually entertains himself by slamming the door on Zok's tail when he leaves a room...as long as he catches it. /\./\)

I myself still do not know the Duke's full powers. But he does have the habbit of burying fully drained victims and letting the freshly made vampire rot underground 10 feet under from starving to death. I am guessing if Bodvar did hurt Ramsely, he would lock him up in a coffin and bury him 10 feet under expecting he would eventually starve. (He came up with this practice to prevent the over-population of vampires in his domain.) Oh, Zok is not a vampire, more like a goul/pet thing...I never gave him a classification. I am guessing they could have gotten along before Ramsely went full evil...

Ramsely is very known for his teleportation! XD if he was buried, i doubt it would contain him for more then a few seconds! XD Ask Isabella, Ramsely Teleports from his castle in England, to her mansion in Ney york quite often! =3 i'm telling you, dont get me into that little argument who is more powerful! XD it may be annoying, but its just how i made him, and i dont see any point in changing his powers, it would almost ruin the story line. XP

anyway the Ghoul thing sounds perfect, thats obviously what Ramsely did to his former mentor, and now only calls him The Ghoul! XD interesting that Duke tries to maintain the Vampire population by viciously killing them off painfully. Ramsely at first had a terrible blood lust, but after he got his full powers, he learned to fight the hunger, now in current times, he drinks blood often but very casually, and doesn't go out taking it from the innocent. XD i must ask you, do know just how Ramsely became what he is, and What exactly is even is to begin with? XD i'm sure you get it that he is a Werewolf/vampire with unlimited powers, but do you know why?

I just said what Bodvar would have done, it doesn't mean that it would acutally WORK! X3 I somewhat know how Ramsely got his powers. (Been awhile.)

Still, why did you make your character so powerful?

well at first i thought it would be cool to have a character like that, with unlimited power. Then i found that it had a catch to his having those powers at first. He looses his Soul when he first made the deal, And the devil tricked him into leaving his Werewolf curse, and giving him an additional vampire curse as well. so ramsely naturally had most off all the positives on both sides, with almost no bad side effects, other than unconditional wolf Transformations under full moons, which used to make him psychotic, but is easily controlled later, and the thirst for blood, which later becomes easily controlled. he didn't have his unlimited powers then, but he was immortal, so once he started liking being a blood thirsty beast, he summoned the demon again, and offered his heart for ultimate power, the demon liked the idea and gave him that godly power and told him that he would take his heart and all positive emotions would be gone from him, and that he could only regain his heart and emotions temporarily when faces with true love, only cause the demon couldn't interfere with such things, and he would also be given a small medallion like necklace that would ensure that he remain under the demon's control, it would force evil thoughts into his mind and such like that, but it couldn't be destroyed or gotten rid of either. so Ramsely accepted this price, and went on a rampage. i felt like the consequences of gaining those powers is what would ultimately be the main factor of our story, the fact that Ramsely and Isabella meet, fall in love, she then decides to leave him, and he becomes evil again, until at the end of the story he again wishes that he no longer wants the evil, so he gets rid of demons hold on him, but not his dark powers or werewolf/vampire curse. and he also happens to gain those holy powers and what not to fight the evil with in him and around him.

so yeah, kinda long but i hope it makes some sense and doesn't sound too cheezy! XD

Sorry, late reply. I guess that makes sense in your story, but I remember one of my teachers warned us about making a character too powerful. In his view, he always saw Dracula as more of a horror character than the Monster, since "there was a way to fight back Drack, and it is more horrifying to fight something you know you can face, but then find out you do not have what you need." So I always limit my characters to some degree. /\./\

i try to limit him but at the same time i cant limit him more than i already have, otherwise he wouldn't even be the same, and the story would have no purpose! XP so thats why i add in little things, like Ramsely still being able to be hurt, and confused and generally isn't That smart, not stupid or close, just not a genius! XD and other little things like that! =3

For two reason, is a part of hyptonism and is a bat behaviour, the assassin vampire bats make this to their victims, can be fruit bats ^^
