Yep that is me in the Uniform of the Austrian Armed Forces with our mainrifle the STG77 (Steyr AUG).

*smiles softly in your direction* What branch of arms was he? Me here is in the mechanised infantry, maybe going january 2011 to the scouts and afterwards sniper

*smiles teasingly* He was military police. Debatedly the roughest part of the military due to stricter rules and more expectations compared to the rest due to having to often deal with non-military people.

*scritches softly over your ear* Youre right in the stricter rules but other parts of the Military are very rough too with high expectations. Espacially at a small professional force like here in Austria. (15'000 professional soldiers and about 30'000militia)

*tilts head towards you* That is very true on both parts. I dare say every part of the military in general thinks they have the strictest or hardest branch. Overall I am unfamiliar with the way things are run in Austria, but you don't have a large multi branch part like we have here in the US do ya?
