Krystal Badge 1 of 2 of my AC 2010 commission from Sketch Dalmatian.
Sketch liked my idea for my character so much when we met in furson that he wanted to also draw a feety badge for me. Her fur pattern and paws came out fabulously. The purple pedicure to match her dress was such a cute idea! Although, the lemonade glass has an odd reference placement without a paw to hold it in my opinion, especially since this was a detail I did not request.
In the future, I will suggest putting her in another outfit to fit more with a classic Kentucky Derby theme I am going for.

The though was scampering around in my head as I was posting this. Her pedicure resembles the Softpaws brand vinyl caps that glue onto a house cats claws. The caps protect kitties claws against scratching up the furniture and it is a humane alternative to the mutilation and long term pain of declawing.
