Daiga Dragan sometimes goes out at night, maybe he loves to have fly. He saw someone stealing jewels in the alley, he wanted to drop by and say hi.

The hair on his head seems a little flat. Hair has volume, so the hair going from the crown to the back of his head should be some small distance above the skull. His right thumb is also a little small. Finally, I'm not sure what you're going for as far as location, but if he's supposed to be in an alley you might want to reconsider your choice of colors.
I did some redlines http://img202.imageshack.us/f/redlines.png/
The pose you have doesn't imply that he has just dropped in. Try to do it yourself. It's kind of awkward to hold, and the way he's holding the staff isn't any more natural. The main problem is with the legs, so I redid them to look a little more dynamic and natural. I posed for this in the mirror, and my left shin wasn't visible behind my thigh, hence why I didn't draw that part of his leg. I encourage you to pose for yourself, or have someone else pose for you, so you can get an idea for yourself of how the body parts would fall.
I also happen to have a bo staff, and tried to hold it in a more natural way. The staff fell in front of me at an angle. This gives the opportunity to add a slight amount of perspective, too, which will add flavor to the drawing.
The background doesn't look like an alley to me. I'd suggest adding the walls from buildings on either side, and maybe changing the light source (perhaps a small light on the side of the building or something, since currently the light seems to be pretty bright and coming from in front of him). In the distance, you could put a hint of a sidewalk or street or something.
The biggest thing is to practice anatomy, especially proportions. Practice drawing from life too, since it will give you an idea of how people naturally move.

This is a very confusing picture, the background kind of melts together, and there is a disjointed sense of angles. According to the door in the background, it doesn't match the bottom of the wall meeting the floor. For a blue character, its not very wise to make his outfit or background also blue. XD It's just a safe bet to use other colors ( that way, the character stands out, right now he blends in and is lacking attention ). The head is a bit lop sided, with the features more leaning to the left. The staff isn't straight at the top, it also curves to the left. Please let us know what you intend the background to be in the end, I would really like to know. =) Great pose, and expression! =)
Good luck!! =)
Good luck!! =)
The angle of the staff looks a little awkward and I had once jumped off a rock wall and hit the bostaff I was holding on the ground first and nailed myself in the side of the head because of the angle I had it at. It might be almost straight if someone was to jump down as to stabalize the body when landing.
