Very well drawn, very good use of light and dynamic composition. You really managed to give a pikachu that looks almost as wide as it is long an upwards dynamic and to embrace it's bulk with the coils of the dragon to make it look stronger. Sounds like stating the obvios but is meant as a sincere compliment, I have not managed that. Your entire picture is very powerful and has a special feel that makes it both look like from a fight and from a celebration, which enhances the picture even more.
