This is a little comic commission for 
kenku
He desired Cougari getting revenge for the time he turned her into a fennec and when Kipper turned her butt into an otter butt via the otter ray gun. (both images are in my gallery and I'm too lazy right now to link them here)
So. Long story short, she gave them Cougar Cookies and they turned into Cougars. Cougari LOL's Much fun is had.

I'm going to have to be careful in eating any of your cookies. A regal, proud bald eagle like myself can't afford to be turned into a ground-based mammal (like a cougar! Eeeesh!)
Sadly, I know how much Cougari LOVES to bring Swiftwind back down to earth! Hrmph! *ruffles his feathers rather indignantly at the smug female cougar*
