This was originally meant to be a "pin up" type of picture, but I kinda messed up on the "sexy" side of it.. I normally only draw cute, so this was different for me.
Specifically I'm looking for help with the legs and the breasts, seeing as how I feel happy with the muzzle and head in general. The neck is throwing me off too.
Btw IF YOU RECOGNIZE THE CHARACTER OR ARTIST please keep SILENT. This is a GIFT, and meant to be kept anonymous until gift is given. :) Thank you!

First off, I like the way you drew the head, they are always such a pain for me, and I also like the curves of the body, it has that 'feminine flow' you could say.
But from what I can see the pose of the head does not match the body, which is what I think is throwing you off with the neck. What might help is looking for some reference photos of women in similar poses and study how the neck would twist and connect to the shoulders. This would also give you an idea of the body posture and position of the legs. I'm still learning to draw myself so this is about all the advice I can offer.

I tried to draw over a redline;

I KNOW you said not to mess with her head/muzzle, but i had to mention it here.
It's a little bit distracting, please consider making the top just a tiny bit smaller, maybe even adding a small amount more hair, her skull seems a bit large this way! >-<
To me, her muzzle seems fine, I think her neck looks strange simply because of the bottom of her jaw, simply straightening that jaw line would make the neck just fine, just add a collar bone perhaps?
With her chest, her breasts seemed a little off, they didn't have much weight, lightly drawing a ribcage would help a lot!
Her legs and everything else is fine, maybe her knee should be a little longer? But she's actually well proportioned, her height is believable.
It's actually a really pretty drawing, make changes at your own disclosure! But please don't forget her eyebrows either or something hinting at them, we all have to know how she's REALLY feeling ^^

My rule for these type of things, is to ALWAYS find a similar photo so I can see how the body lays. Especially pinups, they are really important, to get all the limbs and body mass correct. These aren't the same poses, but they are similar, in case you want to change the pose. =)
