He's too sexy for Milan, New York and Japan!
I'm toying with sending him to Califur in May, but to be honest, he looks pretty fine on my desk. ;]

mrrrRROWRRRrr!! And a good measure of fur to boot! Looks like me right out of bed in the morning before a good hour of brushing. That is, it would be me if I didn't appreciate good food enough to have gained a little bit of belly in addition to the large quantity of thick, soft fur which accentuates the roundness a little more. (But I wouldn't have it any other way... more to cuddle!)
And then you top it off with him being seemingly interrupted in his preparations... "Oh, I don't *have* to get dressed yet, if you have other ideas." *RRR!* I didn't, but now that you mention it...

Tangiers, 1936. The all-night elegant party at the consulate is over and we are in his hotel room. The morning sun is just starting to heat up the jumbled city outside while the promise of it getting equally as "hot" inside lays heavy on the room's still air.
Some pictures whisper stories. ;) Beautiful work, Blotch.

I am new to your work [found you through the LJ acct for Dog Days] and, browsing through your gallery, I have been loving the common theme of grunginess. The way you have gentle splatters worked throughout almost every piece. It gives things texture and it makes it a treat to look at your work...
What I want to know is how you have such wonderful control over it. Is it just practice? Do you have a special technique you use? Not that I'm trying to jack your style, I just wanted to learn. XD Whenever I splatter paint on my watercolours, it also ends up all over my floor, walls, clothes...
But like, you splattered the black for your signature and didn't get it all over his clothing or anything...did you just mask it all?
Anyway, you have impeccable anatomy and such a terrific grasp on lighting. I'm having so much fun paging through each of your pictures. :D
The shading and highlights on his belt in this one particularly strike me. It's things like that that I don't pay much attention to in my work unless I'm working very big. Do you work big so that it's easier to add details like that or have you just practiced so much that you can do it in small scale? Your fur texture is so pretty, and your expressions are striking. The way you do tiger stripes makes me immensely happy. Great work!

Awsomeness.
I had you favorited as my favorite furry artest on DA. Never thought i'd find you on here... then again... its more of, I didn't think i'd be lucky enough to find you on here. Are you more a a Fur Affinity artist now, or do you still post on DA?
Love your artwork its brilliant.

Every time I look at him (I have a framed print now too, yay!) I think how much he radiates the kind of feeling I have of my own Tiger personality/avatar/inner fuzzy (that and I need to roll a 'straightness' check ) ... I swear he is a pair of tufted caracal ears away from being the best depiction of Fangs I could ever imagine
