It doesn't have an official name yet -- "Wotter", "Smugleaf", and "Pignite" are names people gave them on the internet.

Until Nintendo/Game Freak, whoever, officially announces the names, we won't know what they are xD

I think this fifth set is the first time I've liked the water beginner more than the other two beginners. And Wotter doesn't sound like a terrible name (it certainly wouldn't be the first pun name), though I'm sure NOA can come up with something better.
