I have decided to start a new blog!

It's going to be cooking with some fur involved but no burning of fur! :D
The first entry was about brining!
The recipe is set as
1# pickling salt
1 cup herbs de provence
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs garlic powder
2 gallons hot not boiling water
Combine all ingredients and add a bowl of ice to cool off once dissolved. Place poultry or pork inside container with brine and sit for a day!
