Around the up side down Tri-force on his chest there are exactly 13 triangles in a circle facing outward, the pointed black lines that wrap around his body don't quite touch the tips, the line on the top of the circle goes up to hid chin and becomes the 13th line for his face stitches. Ha has 6 stitch marks on each side of his face the so 12 all together the one from the chest makes 13.
The tattoos on arms and legs have 13 red lines going down his arm and 3 rings across so they look like cages, same for tail but in black and black tipped tail serves as 3rd ring
