Zal is an adorable character. I was a bit worried how it would turn out since the number cards aren't as detailed but I think it came out cute. :) Yay for gold horns! :D

Ooh, it's lovely! Actually totally dig the simplicity; you really captured him even without a lot of detail (Which I would think has got to be the more difficult task :D).
Can't wait to see it in person! I've been wanting a piece of your art for months and months and months so it's SO COOL to finally see how you interpreted Zal. I'm super happy :)
Thank you very, very much!

Aw yay! Very glad you like how he came out. :)
And thank you so much for saying that bit about detail. I usually run into it with other kinds of stuff I do (usually my own) where the lines are clean and simple in appearance where I don't think half the people realize the difficulty in pulling that off. In doing that, there's like.. so much less places for mistakes to hide in so every line has to really count. x_x But the simplicity gets deceiving since I'll clean the lines on paper, then again in Photoshop and if its a sketch I'm using rather than an inked piece I can't use levels or brightness/contrast to clean it up. Instead I'm sketching around both sides of the lines in white then filling in the space between. x_x
