Instead of focusing on a particular incident, I had this idea of a phenomenon that happens not just in furry, but on the internet in general. You're just hanging out looking at sites, reading and whatnot and then BOOM! IMed by somebody with a strong opinion. Not hating on them or anything, just no "Hello, how are you, *general discussion* etc" Oh well.
Yes I referenced The Mighty Charles Schulz for this strip especially for Twiggy's backflip in panel 3. I was inspired by the strip where Linus is watching a TV commercial and is inundated by a car commercial's histrionic sales pitch. So much so that he is knocked off his seat in a disheveled mess, similar to Twiggy in the last panel.
