Shin Ya is a general in the kingdom of Oen, serving the Genbu Daishogun. He is a third generation immigrant from the Eastern Kingdoms and a practitioner of the "Night Blossom style sword play," which puts him at odds with the more traditional generals in the Oen Army. This animosity however, ony drives him to try harder to make Oen the greatest kingdom in the continent.
