The ducting and pipes was really fun to do. The room looks a lot more open without all the dialog, too.

My dad took me on a tour of where he works, a shortwave radio station that broadcasts world-wide. it was chock-full inspirational stuff: air ducts everywhere, 2in. pipes going all over the place, three-foot tall vacuume tubes, lots of gauges, and the transmitters were big enough to crawl into. Which I did: they were almost completely copper inside. A lot of this was inspired by that trip.
