Lots of swimming, I guess. Still, the neck musculatur is impressive...now you won't wonder why delphinidaes have a layer of blubber ^^;
Personally, I prefer my good ol' self, with that cute plump belly of mine..hopefully contrasted with a 6'5" build :3 (real size!)
