It's very pretty and I really like the picture. It's interesting to note that in many modern pieces, the feathers are actually turkey feathers painted to look like eagle feathers, as in many (most?) places, it's illegal to own the feathers of protected birds of prey unless you have proof of Native-American heritage. My family has Native-American ancestry, along with many other people near where I live and according to my family's knowledge of Native-American lore, the dream catcher is intended to be placed over one's head as they sleep. The webbing catches the bad dreams but lets the good ones fall through into your head. I couldn't say whether this is a dream catcher or talisman, but either way it looks very nice. ^_^
